Which speedrun companies are hiring fastest right now

A job board shows every open role. A job seeker wants to know where the door is open widest this week. This ranks every speedrun company by hiring momentum, straight from the board's public API, refreshed each time you load the page.

The idea

Momentum as a first class sort on the speedrun board

Most applies go to whatever is newest or loudest. The best odds sit with companies that just opened several roles at once: they have fresh budget, an urgent plan, and a hiring manager reading every application. That signal already lives in the board's data. It just isn't surfaced.

This page is a working version of that sort, built in an afternoon on /api/v1/jobs. On the real board it could be a "Hiring fastest" sort, a weekly section in Job Hunting Sux, and a tool on the MCP server so candidates' agents can ask "where should I apply this week?"

For job seekers

Apply where teams are actively building, not where a role has sat open for four months.

For founders

Companies that ramp up get seen at the moment they need candidates most.

For the talent team

A weekly momentum list is newsletter content that writes itself from data you already have.

How the score works. Each company gets points for roles posted in the last 7 days (3 each), the last 30 days (1.5 each), total open roles (capped at 15), founding roles (2 each), and the share of roles with posted pay (up to 5). Scores are scaled so the top company is 100. Filters recompute everything on the fly.
